We Are Hiring! – Govt. Tender Filling Executive
📍 Location: Karond, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
💼 Work Mode: Work From Office / Hybrid (as applicable)
Job Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant government tenders on GeM, CPPP, MP Tenders and other government portals.
- Prepare and fill tender applications as per tender requirements.
- Prepare, verify and upload technical and financial documents.
- Handle tender documentation, quotations and compliance requirements.
- Track tender deadlines, submission status and updates.
- Coordinate with the internal team for document collection and approval.
- Ensure accurate and timely tender submission.
Required Skills:
- Graduate in any stream preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of GeM Portal, CPPP and MP e-Tender Portal is an advantage.
- Good documentation, communication and time-management skills.
- Freshers with relevant computer skills may apply; tender experience is preferred.
Salary: Negotiable, based on skills and experience.
