Job Description-
Perform data entry and maintain records in Excel and internal systems
Prepare, update, and manage documents, files, and reports
Handle emails, and internal communication
Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Coordinate with front office, accounts, HR, and other departments
Support daily administrative and operational tasks
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data
Assist seniors and managers with assigned back-office tasks
Key skills –
Good Communication skills.
Fluent in Marathi, English.
