Position: Service Backend (Back Office)
Experience: 1+ Year
Location: Chennai / Coimbatore
CTC: Up to ₹3LPA
Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle backend service operations and administrative activities.

• Coordinate with customers, service engineers, and internal departments for service requests.

• Create, update, and maintain service records, job sheets, and customer databases.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, work orders, and service-related documentation.

• Track service calls and ensure timely closure of customer complaints.

• Follow up with customers regarding service schedules and status updates.

• Maintain accurate MIS reports and daily operational reports.

• Coordinate spare parts availability and service logistics.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of service records.

• Respond to customer queries through phone and email in a professional manner.

• Support the service team in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality while handling business information.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
