We are looking for a reliable and organized Back Office Assistant to support our daily operations by coordinating with customers on inquiries, quotations, and payments.
Key responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
Coordinate and monitor customer payments and outstanding balances
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer communications
Qualifications
Graduate of any business-related or administrative course
At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office, Tally or similar office applications
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
