Job Description:

Shriram Life Insurance Company is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, selling life insurance products, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers to sell life insurance products.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers.

Ensure timely completion of documentation and policy issuance.

Follow up for renewals, premium payments, and customer service needs.

Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Comply with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

Eligibility / Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate (any stream preferred).

Experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.

Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Target-driven and self-motivated personality.

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
