We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our internal operations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing documentation, handling data entry, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining accurate records.
Prepare and generate quotations based on client requirements and sales team inputs.
Maintain and update price lists, product information, and quotation templates.
Handle data entry, record management, and documentation work.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for timely submission of quotations.
Respond to internal queries via phone or email.
Maintain accurate records of quotations, customer communication, and order follow-ups.
Assist in preparing reports, Excel sheets, and presentations as required.
Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth back-office operations.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive data.
Follow up with clients or vendors for missing information (if required).
