We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive – Tele caller to support our HR communication processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling tele calling activities, maintaining records and ensuring smooth backend support for organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tele calling Duties:
Make outbound calls to HR follow-ups and feedback
Maintain a professional and polite conversation with candidates
2. Back Office Work:
Maintain and update databases
Prepare daily calling reports and follow-up sheets
Assist in documentation, reporting, and data entry tasks
3. Coordination & Reporting:
Share daily performance reports with management
Ensure proper communication with candidates
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Ability to handle telephonic conversations confidently
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
