We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team at Sa Corporation. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to online inquiries (email, website, social media) promptly
Coordinate with the sales team for lead sharing, follow-ups, and order processing
Maintain and update customer databases, records, and documentation
Perform accurate data entry and ensure data integrity
Handle inventory management, including stock tracking, updates, and reporting shortages
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales reports, and inventory reports
Process orders, invoices, and other business transactions
Monitor emails and internal communications for smooth workflow
Assist with administrative tasks related to HR, accounts, or operations
Ensure proper filing and documentation for easy retrieval
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.) The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a team , adaptability and willingness to learn and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
