🎓 Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Home Loan Back Office Executive to manage home loan documentation, application processing, customer coordination, KYC verification, and loan status tracking.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

- 🏠 Process home loan applications and manage related documentation.

- 📁 Verify KYC documents, income proofs, bank statements, and property papers.

- 🏦 Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, sales teams, and customers for loan processing.

- 📞 Follow up with customers for pending documents and application updates.

- 🔍 Check application details and ensure document accuracy.

- 📊 Maintain MIS reports and update home loan application status.

- 📝 Track loan applications from login to approval and disbursement.

- 🤝 Resolve customer queries related to documentation and loan processing.

- 📌 Maintain customer records, files, and loan-related data accurately.

- 🔐 Ensure confidentiality of customer information and compliance with lender guidelines.

🔑 Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of home loans and banking procedures.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, and data entry.

- Strong documentation and record-management skills.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.

- Prior experience in home loans, banking, NBFCs, or DSA operations will be preferred.
