Job Title: Back Office Executive – B2B Marketing

📍 Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a tech-savvy Back Office Executive to support B2B marketing operations, lead generation, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage digital lead generation across platforms

Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns

Maintain CRM systems (data entry, tracking, reporting)

Create and manage marketing materials (presentations, creatives, brochures)

Coordinate with sales teams for lead conversion

Maintain client and prospect databases

Support ongoing marketing campaigns

Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma (both eligible)

Experience in B2B marketing or backend operations preferred

Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, Canva/Photoshop

Strong communication and coordination skills

Detail-oriented and tech-savvy

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of digital marketing concepts

Ability to multitask efficiently

Basic knowledge of email automation tools
