We are looking for a Back office executive to join our team Promax Global Solutions. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support. Job Requirements :
· Offer preparation work & follow-up activity
· Receipt of material - physical receipt and Make entry in system (on same day)
· Invoicing & e-way bill from system
· Payment follow-up
· Maintain record of material inward, outward in excel / CRM & dispatch as per planning, stock tracking daily and monthly basis, Material Storage properly maintain FIFO with all warehouse operation.
· Responsible for courier and dispatch activity and planning
· Co-ordinate with labour contractor and arrange labour at the time of material loading and unloading and dispatch responsibility within committed time.
· Other daily / Routine office work like Documentations, Offer etc.
· Inventory management and stock update.
· General office work and admin work
· Maintaining accurate shipping records also aids in tracking shipments, managing inventory, and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
· Good shipping practices reflect the overall reliability and professionalism of the business, reinforcing customer trust and loyalty.
