Position: Back Office Executive – Collection Department
Location: Corporate Office, Sec - 38 Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer outstanding and payment records in the system
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports (MIS)
Coordinate between the Collection Team and Collection Head for smooth operations
Follow up with the collection team for payment status and updates
Verify payment details and update receipts in the system
Assist in resolving discrepancies in customer accounts
Maintain proper documentation and records of all collection activities
Support in planning and monitoring collection targets
Ensure timely and accurate data entry
Required Skills:
Good coordination and communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of accounts/collections
