The Back Office Executive is responsible for handling all administrative and documentation work related to two-wheeler sales. The role ensures smooth coordination between sales, accounts, RTO, insurance, and customers while maintaining accurate records and timely reporting.
Prepare sales invoices and delivery documents.
Process booking forms and maintain customer records.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payment confirmation.
Maintain stock entry and delivery records in the system.
Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance.
Process finance cases and maintain loan documentation.
Follow up with finance executives for approval status.
Maintain vehicle stock reports (inward & outward).
Update stock in DMS/ERP software.
Report stock discrepancies to management.
Prepare daily sales reports and stock reports.
Maintain booking, delivery, and pending payment records.
Submit reports to management on a daily/weekly basis.
Follow up with customers for pending documents and payments.
Assist customers with delivery formalities.
Handle basic customer queries related to documentation.
Basic knowledge of automobile sales process.
Familiarity with RTO procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, DMS).
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Graduate / HSC with relevant experience.
1–3 years of experience in automobile showroom preferred.
