• ·       Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.

  ·       Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and documentation in CRM/ERP systems.

  ·       Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

  ·       Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and coordination with the procurement team.

  ·       Support the sales team in organizing meetings, demos, and client communications.
