बैक ऑफिस एग्जीक्यूटिव

Mentify Solution Private Limited is looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day back-office and e-commerce operations, including data entry, product listing, updating product information, and maintaining accurate records on various online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product data on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and other required details.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Upload and update product information, images, inventory, and other marketplace-related data.

• Check product listings for errors and ensure all information is accurate and complete.

• Coordinate with the team regarding product information, listing requirements, and pending tasks.

• Maintain and organize digital files, product data, and marketplace records.

• Handle routine back-office tasks and complete assigned work within deadlines.

• Monitor assigned tasks and report any issues or discrepancies to the senior/team leader.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling company and client data.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 0–5 years

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Basic understanding of computers and internet usage.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work with large amounts of data accurately.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• E-commerce experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
