Job Summary:
The Back Office Executive will support daily office operations through data entry, documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and record maintenance
Preparation of reports and documents
Email handling and internal coordination
Support to accounts, sales, and front office teams
Invoice, PO, and document processing
Maintain accuracy and timely task completion
Required Skills:
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic reporting and documentation knowledge
