We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day
administrative operations, ensure smooth coordination with hotels and vendors, and provide
reliable support to the management team. The ideal candidate should have excellent
communication skills, strong data entry and typing abilities, and the ability to multitask in a
fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in company systems/databases.
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and typing work with speed and accuracy.
• Manage coordination with hotels, vendors, and service providers for bookings, reservations,
and logistics when required.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator / Admin Assistant / Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong data entry and typing skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Good interpersonal skills for effective vendor and hotel coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
• Graduate degree preferred; diploma/certification in Office Administration is a plus.
