Hiring: Back Office Executive – Data Entry

KPRM Management & Investigation Services Private Limited is hiring experienced candidates for the position of Back Office Executive – Data Entry.

Job Locations

Vaishali Sector-1 ,Ghaziabad

Salary and Working Hours

Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month, based on interview and experience

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Joining: Immediate joining available for suitable candidates

Job Responsibilities

Verify and review documents accurately.

Handle Document Verification, RCU, and Field Executive (FE) processes.

Maintain and update records in Microsoft Excel and the company’s internal system.

Ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, and properly verified.

Prepare reports and complete assigned tasks within the given deadlines.

Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be at least 12th-pass; graduates will be preferred.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and computer operations is required.

Minimum typing speed of 25-30 WPM.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Good data management and reporting skills.

Candidates with experience in Document Verification, RCU, banking operations, or NBFC operations will be preferred.

Experience Required

Candidates must have 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience.

Freshers are also eligible for this position.

Candidates should have practical knowledge of document verification, data entry, Excel, and maintaining accurate records.
