back office executive provides administrative and managerial support to enable the seamless functioning of the company. Unlike front office professionals who are the face of the company, they perform a backend executive job that supplements the front office jobs. Being more of a ‘behind the scene’ work, a back office executive carries out day-to-day operations that make the overall workflow efficient.

Perform administrative tasks and duties that affect the day-to-day functioning of the company
Ensure the smooth workflow of the company from behind the scenes as a backend executive
Process customer orders, and manage client queries in a timely and organised manner are the key roles of a back office executive
Dabble with administrative functions such as research, accounting, and data analysis
Work on recording tasks such as filing, data entry, document management and so on
Maintain and organise office supplies and company equipment
