Position: Back Office Executive
Location: Pune
Qualification: Any Graduate (Freshers welcome)
Job Description:
Perform day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain and update records, reports, and databases accurately
Handle data entry and data management using MS Excel
Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUM, and basic shortcuts for reporting
Prepare MIS reports and support internal teams
Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
Coordinate with team members and other departments as required
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUM, shortcuts)
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Basic communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
