• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and internal correspondence.
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail, courier shipments, and documents on time.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail and courier transactions.
• Coordinate with courier service providers for pickups, deliveries, and tracking shipments.
• Ensure confidential documents are handled securely and delivered to the intended recipients.
• Scan, photocopy, print, bind, and organize documents as required.
• Manage the mailroom inventory, including stationery, envelopes, labels, and packaging materials.
• Follow the organization's mail handling procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Resolve mail delivery issues and coordinate with internal departments and courier vendors.
• Support office administration activities related to document management and record keeping.
• Ensure the mailroom is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on mailroom operations, if required.
• Assist in handling bulk mailings, employee communication materials, and special deliveries.
• Adhere to safety, security, and compliance guidelines while handling documents and packages.
• Perform any other administrative or facility-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
