Join our team as a Back Office Executive and become an important part of our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, reports, documentation, coordination, and office operations.

#What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and maintain day-to-day back-office operations.

• Handle data entry, data updating, and record management.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Work on Excel sheets and maintain accurate records.

• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.

• Verify data and documents to ensure accuracy.

• Monitor pending tasks and follow up for timely completion.

• Handle professional email communication and documentation.

• Maintain organized digital and physical records.

• Support management and teams with regular operational requirements.
  

# What We're Looking For

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.

• Knowledge of VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, SUM, IF, Sorting, Filtering will be an advantage.

• Good typing and data-entry skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Ability to manage work within deadlines.
