Job Title: Software Support Executive

Job Description:

ITrade Telematics is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Software Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to clients, ensuring smooth functioning of software applications, and resolving user issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access

• Troubleshoot software-related issues and ensure timely resolution

• Assist in software installation, configuration, and updates
