We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Software Support Executive who is passionate about solving problems and helping clients. If you have good communication skills and basic technical knowledge, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients via call, email, and remote access
Understand and resolve software-related issues quickly and efficiently
Guide users on software features and usage
Maintain proper records of queries and resolutions
Coordinate with the technical team for advanced issues
Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction

🎯 Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of computer software and troubleshooting
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas)
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to handle multiple tasks

🎓 Qualification:

Graduate in any stream (BCA / B.Sc IT / B.Com preferred)
Atleast 2 year of experience required.

⏰ Job Details:

Office Timing: 1:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
