Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth backend operations, maintain records, and assist in data management and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain and update records, files, and databases
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Manage emails, correspondence, and documentation
Assist in inventory management and tracking (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support front office or customer service teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
Proven experience in a similar role (0–2years for entry-level)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good typing speed and data entry skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic communication skills (written & verbal)
