Job Purpose
To support the smooth processing of customer and wholesale jewellery orders by handling documentation, system entries, and coordination with internal teams. This role ensures accuracy, timely delivery, and efficient back-office operations in the jewellery business.
Key Responsibilities
Order Entry & Processing
Record customer and wholesale orders in ERP/CRM systems.
Verify product codes, weights, designs, and pricing before confirmation.
Documentation & Records
Prepare invoices, packing lists, and order-related documents.
Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, and returns.
Coordination
Liaise with sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Communicate order status updates to sales executives or managers.
Inventory Support
Assist in tracking stock availability of jewellery items.
Flag low-stock situations to the concerned department.
Customer Support (Indirect)
Provide backend support for customer queries handled by the sales team.
Ensure proper documentation for customized jewellery orders.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure adherence to company policies, hallmarking, and certification requirements.
Support audits and quality checks for order records.
