Job Description:
A Back Office Executive provides critical administrative and managerial support behind the scenes to ensure seamless daily operations. They primarily handle data entry, generate reports, manage records, process documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to boost overall business efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
Data Management: Conducting accurate data entry, managing company databases, and preparing daily/weekly MIS (Management Information Systems) reports.
Documentation: Preparing, proofreading, and organizing important business documents, invoices, purchase orders, and quotations.
Administrative Support: Handling day-to-day office tasks such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, ordering office supplies, and processing emails.
Cold Calling: Need to call the clients as per the available data.
Financial Processing: Assisting with accounts, processing receipts, and maintaining strict compliance with company data standards.
Work Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
