We're hiring at Gift Nation for multiple openings: Backend Associate (Accounts + Client Coordination)

Location: Wilson Garden, Bangalore (In-office)

Company: Gift Nation

Salary/Stipend: Based on experience + incentives

We’re looking for a Backend Associate to join our team at Gift Nation. The role involves handling backend operations, basic accounts, client coordination, follow-ups, and day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Calling and following up with clients and vendors
Managing basic accounts and maintaining records
Handling invoicing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking
Coordinating over email and WhatsApp for orders and updates
Maintaining Excel/Google Sheet trackers and MIS
Supporting operations and sales teams with backend coordination
Assisting in quotations, purchase coordination, and documentation

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of accounts/bookkeeping
Comfortable with client calls and follow-ups
Kannada speaking preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
