NDR Executive – Job Description
• Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases for failed deliveries.
• Check and analyze the reason for non-delivery (customer unavailable, wrong address, refused order, etc.).
• Contact customers to confirm delivery address, availability, or reschedule delivery.
• Coordinate with delivery executives and logistics teams for re-attempt delivery.
• Update delivery status and customer feedback in the system.
• Resolve customer queries or complaints related to failed deliveries.
• Ensure timely closure of NDR cases to avoid delays.
• Monitor pending shipments and reattempt deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of NDR cases.
• Work closely with logistics companies like Bluedart, Delivery, Xpressbees, Amazon, and Flipkart to resolve delivery issues.
Basic Requirements:
• 1-4 years of experience in logistics, operations, or customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or delivery-based industry.
• Experience in managing NDRs or delivery confirmation processes is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Patience and professionalism while dealing with customer complaints or concerns.
