Position- Back Office

Candidate should be 1 to 6 years experience

Candidate should have Administrative skills

Candidate should be excellent command in computer literacy

Candidate should be Multitasking and time management.

Candidate should be excellent command verbal and written communication skills.

Candidate should be Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Advanced MS Excel skills including V lookups and pivot tables

Qualification need to be Graduation

Salary- 15k to 17k

Job Location- Kolkata

Job Responsibility

·         Data Management: Handling data entry, organizing records, and ensuring data accuracy. 

·         Administrative Support: Assisting with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks. 

·         Financial Support: Supporting accounting and finance activities, including record-keeping, reporting, and compliance. 

·         Communication: Facilitating communication between departments and ensuring information is disseminated effectively. 

·         Process Improvement: Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. 

·         Customer Support: Answering customer inquiries and providing support as needed. 

Documentation: Preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing files.
