बैक ऑफिस एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, managing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.

• Handle data entry with a high level of accuracy.

• Prepare reports, invoices, and other business documents.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Process orders, quotations, and customer-related documentation.

• Manage filing systems and maintain confidential records.

• Monitor inventory and office supplies as required.

• Respond to emails and handle routine correspondence.

• Assist in MIS reporting and administrative tasks.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM software is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role (Freshers with good computer skills may also apply).
