Back Office Executive

A Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative, data management, documentation, and operational support tasks to ensure smooth business operations. They work behind the scenes to support front-office teams and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain company data and records.

• Manage documents, files, and databases.

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other transactions.

• Coordinate with different departments for operational support.

• Handle email correspondence and internal communications.

• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain confidentiality of company information.

• Assist in inventory management and record keeping.

• Support management with administrative tasks.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good typing speed and data entry skills.
