We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team and handle day-to-day office operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling data entry, managing documentation, and supporting internal office processes.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain records accurately
Handle office documentation and filing work
Manage emails and internal reports
Update customer or business data in system
Coordinate with team members for smooth office operations
Maintain Excel sheets and daily reports
Support administrative and back-office tasks
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge
MS Excel / MS Word knowledge
