Job Title: Back Office Executive
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years
Qualification: Graduate (Commerce preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Chartered Accountant in day-to-day activities and office work
Visit banks for documentation, submissions, follow-ups, and coordination as instructed by the CA
Handle basic paperwork, filing, and record maintenance
Assist in preparation and organization of financial documents
Coordinate with clients for document collection and basic communication
Support in office administration and compliance-related tasks
Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information
Key Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial documents
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle paperwork and documentation efficiently
Willingness to travel for bank visits and official work
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Commerce graduate or pursuing CA / CS / CMA (preferred but not mandatory)
