We are looking for an experienced Backend Executive / Data Entry Executive with more than 2 years’ experience. The person will be responsible for maintaining/updating data, orders entry in the system, coordination with team for order processing and tracking, report generation etc. Person will also be responsible for sending emails and calling when needed, with office team members or clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The person should be smart, dynamic, energetic with excellent knowledge of computers & data entry, e-mails handling and calling when needed etc.

• Maintain, manage and update data on the system

• Coordination for orders distribution and supplies with other teams.

• Coordinate with the clients whenever it is needed

• Prepare and maintain reports of product orders

• Should have excellent knowledge of MS Excel - Formulas

• Should have good computer typing speed

• Verify entries for accuracy and completeness

• Strong analytical skills, and ability to synthesize information

• Ability to remain alert and focused during the workday

• Work closely and effectively with all levels of management and staff to satisfy project requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills & excellent communication would be an added advantage
