Job Summary

We are seeking a young, detail-oriented MIS Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support data management and reporting across departments. The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and comfortable working with ERP systems and operational data in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (sales, purchase, production, inventory, dispatch).

• Collect and consolidate data from various departments.

• Ensure data accuracy and timely report submissions.

• Assist in preparing dashboards for management review.

• Maintain and update master files in Excel/ERP systems.

• Provide support in data entry, data analysis, and reporting tasks.

Key Skills Required

• MS Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas

• ERP knowledge – Tally, SAP, or any custom ERP (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Good typing speed and data entry accuracy

• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Word for report presentation

• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any relevant discipline

• 1–2 years of experience in MIS, Back-office, or data reporting roles

• Exposure to manufacturing, trading, or sales industry preferred
