Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to [Executive Name or Title]. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of executive and administrative tasks with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel

Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence

Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation

Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks

Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

Perform general office duties and support day-to-day operations
