Job Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into company systems and spreadsheets
Manage and maintain inventory records
Handle emails and correspondence efficiently
Update and maintain databases regularly
Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all information
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong typing and data entry speed with high accuracy
Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
