*Job Title: Back Office Executive - Dietitian Clinic*
*About the Role*
The Back Office Executive keeps the dietitian's clinic running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll handle admin, patient coordination, records, and billing so the dietitian can focus on client care.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Patient Management*: Schedule appointments, send reminders, manage follow-ups, and maintain patient files on paper + software/Excel
- *Front Desk + Calls*: Answer phone calls, WhatsApp queries, and emails. Handle new client inquiries, explain packages, and book consultations
- *Records & Documentation*: Maintain client diet plans, progress sheets, medical history, and consent forms. Ensure data privacy and confidentiality
- *Billing & Payments*: Generate invoices, process cash/UPI/card payments, track dues, and prepare daily collection reports
- *Inventory & Orders*: Track supplements, diet products, measuring cups, printouts. Coordinate with vendors and place reorders
- *Reports & Coordination*: Prepare weekly reports for the dietitian on patient visits, revenue, and no-shows. Coordinate with labs, gyms, or hospitals if referrals are needed
- *Digital Support*: Update website/social media calendars, send diet charts via email/WhatsApp, and manage Google reviews/feedback
*Skills & Qualifications*
- *Education*: 12th pass minimum. Graduate, Healthcare Admin, or Nutrition is a plus
- *Experience*: 0-2 years in clinic admin, back office, or healthcare support preferred
- *Must-have skills*: Good communication in Hindi , Excel + Google Sheets, basic billing software, professional phone manner
- *Nice-to-have*: Familiarity with diet/nutrition terms, CRM tools, and Canva for basic creatives
