Key Responsibilities
1. Policy Processing
Data entry of new insurance applications
Verifying customer details and documents
Coordinating with underwriting team for approvals
2. Documentation & Record Management
Maintaining policy files (digital & physical)
Ensuring KYC compliance (Aadhar, PAN, etc.)
Updating customer records in CRM systems
3. Coordination & Support
Supporting sales team with quotations, proposals
Following up with customers for pending documents
Coordinating with operations, claims, and underwriting teams
4. Customer Service (Non-Field)
Handling customer queries via calls/emails
Assisting in policy status, premium details, and renewals
Helping in basic claim process guidance
5. Reports & MIS
Preparing daily/monthly business reports
Tracking targets, policy issuance, and pending cases
Maintaining Excel reports for management review
