Key Responsibilities
Handle office enquiries and convert enquiries into admissions.
Attend phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and walk-in customers professionally.
Explain driving courses, fees, batches, documents and admission procedures.
Handle online portal applications and maintain accurate records.
Maintain student admission files, documents, payment records and daily reports.
Coordinate with driving instructors regarding student schedules and batches.
Schedule driving classes, tests and other student requirements.
Visit RTO offices for submission of applications and follow up until completion.
Track pending applications and ensure timely completion of RTO-related work.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain office documentation.
Follow up with prospective customers to achieve monthly admission targets.
Handle general in-office administrative work as required.
Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
Ensure office discipline, proper record keeping and smooth day-to-day operations.
