Job description:

Job Title: Back Office Executive

Location: Punjab
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive to manage backend operations and data handling in Punjab. The candidate must have good Excel skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain data records, files, and documentation
Handle day-to-day back office operations
Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Maintain databases and generate reports as required
Support administrative and operational tasks

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Email handling)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and multitasking skills

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline

Preferred:

Experience in MIS reporting or backend operations
Good communication skills
