We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team at ALLARK DISPLAY SYSTEM PVT. LTD. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Handle IndiaMART inquiries and manage GeM (Government e-Marketplace) uploads, including monitoring "expiring soon" listings and publishing tender products.
Data Accuracy: Ensure that all portal data remains accurate, accessible, and contributes to smooth operations. Verify data accuracy and make corrections in a timely manner.
Record Keeping: Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Administrative Support: Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.
Reporting: Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business and client information at all times.
Job Requirements:
Education: Minimum qualification is 12th Pass.
Experience: 0 - 3 years of experience (familiarity with IndiaMART and GeM portals is highly preferred).
Skills: Excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Shift & Schedule: Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week.
