Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will handle data management, coordination, documentation, and backend process support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily back office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain records, documents, and databases accurately
Prepare reports, invoices, and data entries
Coordinate with field staff, vendors, and internal teams
Manage emails, phone calls, and follow-ups
Update customer/service records in the system
Support accounts and billing-related work
Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks
Maintain proper filing and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling)
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in back office/admin work preferred
