We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling data, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company records, documents, and databases.
Perform data entry and update information accurately.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
Verify and process documents and information.
Coordinate with internal departments for daily operational requirements.
Handle emails, follow-ups, and routine office communication.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
Monitor and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Support the team with general administrative and operational activities.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information.
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and email.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
