We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for data management, documentation, report preparation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company records, documents, and databases.
Perform accurate data entry and update information in the system.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents as required.
Handle email correspondence and coordinate with internal teams.
Verify and process documents while ensuring data accuracy.
Maintain MIS reports and generate regular operational reports.
Assist in administrative and back-office operations.
Support management with day-to-day office tasks and documentation.
Ensure confidentiality of company information and records.
Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good typing speed and data entry skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
