We are looking for a Back Office Executive to manage daily operations for our furniture brand AAVATAR. The candidate will handle order processing, customer follow-ups, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Amazon & Flipkart orders (check, print, and process order slips)
Coordinate order pickup and delivery follow-ups
Maintain Excel data entry for orders and deliveries
Handle IndiaMART leads and call customers to confirm inquiries
Assist with customer communication and order updates
Maintain proper records of orders and dispatch details

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
Good communication skills
Ability to manage online marketplace orders (Amazon / Flipkart)
Responsible and organized in daily work
