Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update stock and inventory details.

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

• Prepare quotations, estimates, and other required documents.

• Coordinate with clients regarding orders, requirements, and follow-ups.

• Supervise day-to-day office and operational activities.

• Maintain proper records of clients, quotations, orders, and stock.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

• Occasionally visit clients for meetings, requirements, or follow-ups.

• Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in back office, coordination, administration, sales support, or a similar role.

• Age between 23–30 years.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

• Ability to prepare quotations and maintain records accurately.

• Good organizational and multitasking skills.

• Professional and responsible approach to work.

• Comfortable with occasional client visits.
