We are a growing financial consultancy firm specializing in loan services. We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Back Office Executive who can manage daily operations, support clients, and assist in lead conversion.

This role involves a mix of backend coordination + client interaction + social media handling, making it ideal for candidates who are multitasking and growth-oriented.

🔷 Key Responsibilities

📱 Social Media Management

Handle company social media accounts (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Reply to inquiries and generate leads
Post regular updates and maintain engagement

📞 Customer Follow-up & Support

Follow up with existing and new clients
Provide proper guidance regarding loan services
Maintain strong client relationships

💼 Lead Handling & Closing

Connect with leads over calls
Understand client requirements
Assist in converting leads into successful closures

🔄 Cross-Selling Services

Promote additional loan services to existing clients
Identify upselling opportunities

🗂️ Back Office Operations

Maintain customer data and records
Coordinate with banks and internal team
