We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start their career in administration and operations support. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day back-office operations, data management, and coordination between

departments.

Salary : For first 6 months 15K then candidate get the hike

Key Responsibilities

• Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance accurately

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow

• Maintain and update MS Excel sheets, reports, and internal databases

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

• Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and courier coordination

• Support the team with scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks

• Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and documentation

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to multitask and work under supervision

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream (BA/B.Com/BBA/B.Sc, etc.)

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Should be comfortable working from office

Location Details

Office located at Gwal Pahari, Gurgaon — candidates should be able to commute daily or reside nearby.
